You may or may not have heard of Maneesh Sethi, who refers to himself as the #1 Digital Nomad. Anyways, I often ask Maneesh for his advice on all things business, health, or adventure related. HE ALWAYS ANSWERS. That's the thing that a lot of people don't understand. Most everyone is super accessible, if you're polite and respectful . . . I don't care how famous or busy they are! So please, even though I am neither famous nor overly busy, if you have a question or want a problem solved, let me know, and I WILL FIND THE ANSWER FOR YOU! But I'm getting sidetracked . . .
I recently asked Maneesh how to get 6 pack abs as quickly as possible. He simply told me "paleo + hollywood physique" through a Skype chat. I have heard of the Paleo diet before and have been following it unconsciously for a while (aside from consuming legumes). It's basically the "eat like a caveman" diet. In other words, eat only the proteins and vegetables that were accessible to caveman back in the day before over-processed foods existed (i.e. grass fed beef, organic chicken, veggies).
Finally, the Hollywood Physique For Men is an online community and program developed by trainer to the stars, Clay Rogers. The course costs $110 for a lifetime membership and you can get your money back at anytime, for any reason, no questions asked, if you're not satisfied with the results. Now this program has "For Men" in the title, so I'm hesitant to try it because I, obviously, am a female. Alternatively, I think, it can't hurt to learn how to do the challenging ab and full body workouts encapsulated within the program.
Has anybody tried this combination and seen extraordinary results? I'd love to know, especially if you are a female!

I tried this program. Ate nothing but eggs, veggies, fruit and grains. So i kinda broke the program rules on food. You will lose weight. As far as abs I think its a combination of the workouts, lean diet, and uphill walk that brings it out.

Hi Double Helix, it for sure does something! You will at least lose a few pounds from cutting carbs, grains, and sugar out completely. In addition to that, the workouts from Hollywood Physique add serious definition to your muscles in a short period of time. You don't have to buy any of these programs though. The main principles are (1) cut out grains, white carbs, and sugar and (2) workout to failure.
